Challenge:
A brand new company was in need of a complete solution for its IT infrastructure. This included design, development, and deployment. In addition, they also needed help with proof of concept on a development project which included several hundred servers.
Solution:
All Lines designed, developed, and deployed a strategic architecture, which included HP C-Blade Servers for their development and production environments, as well as Cisco Routers and Switches.
Results:
The new architecture that All Lines provided enables the customer to scale their business incrementally within the technology framework that All Lines has developed.
The customer had developed a custom SQL web solution, and looked to All Lines to help with the proof of concept deployment of this package. All Lines, an Enterprise HP Gold Partner, created a scalable HP Blade solution to accommodate the proof of concept,
and allow for exponential growth. Our testing started out with several hundred servers, and will scale to potentially several thousand servers. In addition, we helped the customer to develop the necessary network infrastructure to support their business.
The network had to be resilient, scalable, and manageable. We chose Cisco's routing and switching technology to handle this challenge. We worked with the customer to pull the entire solution together at their NOC, and gave them the ability to manage,
maintain, and monitor their servers and network. All Lines worked with the customer to integrate their software and take advantage of HP's ILO (Integrated Lights Out) advanced management capabilities. We integrated HP MIBS into the solution to minimize
any downtime. In addition, All Lines provided asset tracking, documentation, knowledge transfer, and customer training. This complete architecture solution will enable this customer to easily scale to multiple data centers.
